    Can FFT work on an existing server room as well as a new build?

    Yes. FFT can assess and improve an existing server room, MDF/IDF space, or data center, and can also participate early in a new facility or build-out. The scope is based on the condition of the environment and the business outcome you need.

    Does FFT handle both construction and technology?

    FFT coordinates the construction and technology portions that fall within its licensing and agreed scope, and works with the appropriate licensed trades and project stakeholders where additional disciplines are required. That integrated view helps keep facility and technology decisions aligned.

    Can you help plan power and cooling?

    FFT can develop equipment and operating requirements, review dependencies, and coordinate power, grounding, UPS, generator, cooling, airflow, and monitoring needs with the responsible engineering and trade partners.

    Can FFT migrate equipment into the new environment?

    Yes. Depending on scope, FFT can help inventory equipment, map dependencies, stage infrastructure, develop the move sequence, coordinate the cutover, reconnect systems, test connectivity, and support issue resolution.

    How far in advance should we involve FFT?

    Earlier is usually better—especially before layouts, electrical requirements, cooling assumptions, and pathways are finalized. For an existing environment, FFT can begin with an assessment and develop priorities from the current conditions.

    Do you provide documentation after the project?

    Documentation is an important part of operational readiness. The exact deliverables depend on scope, but may include rack information, cable labels and test results, diagrams, equipment records, and relevant operating details.
